      Shipping Policy

      Spiral Jewelry & Artisery's goal is to process and ship your order within 2 business day (Monday through Friday, except holidays) of your order and payment receipt. For any order made with Pick-Up from our Downtown Petaluma Store, we try to have those orders ready for pick-up within 2 hours during normal business hours.

      Due to payment type and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, or for any other reason that the payment company's approval process is triggered.  

      Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for Regular Delivery and UPS 2-Day for Expedited Delivery. All packages are insured. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships to allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
