Return Policy
Spiral Jewelry & Artisery wants you to love your purchase and love wearing it! Spiral Jewelry & Artisery offers returns on unworn and unused items for store credit or exchange only. Customers must make exchange or store credit requests within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Returns for Exchange or Store Credit Only
To be eligible for a return for items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or store credit request, or for any exchange or store credit questions, please contact us at spiralartjewelry@gmail.com or come to Spiral Jewelry & Artisery's Downtown Petaluma store at 126A Kentucky Street, Petaluma, CA 94951 during regular business hours. Items sent back to Spiral Jewelry & Artisery without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not and next steps for making sure you get the appropriate exchange or store credit.
Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at spiralartjewelry@gmail.com or come to Spiral Jewelry & Artisery's Downtown Petaluma store at 126A Kentucky Street, Petaluma, CA 94951 during regular business hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure you get the piece you love.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
